This four-day training is appropriate for Food Safety team leaders, Production supervisors and other Operational staff in any organization within the Food Industry.

At the end of the training participants will be able to:
– Understand the changes made to the Food Safety Standard Certification (FSSC) standards;
– Develop plans for upgrading their systems;
– Upgrade their documentation and
– Lead the implementation process.

Recommendations: A minimum of three participants.
