This three-day training is appropriate for representatives in the Food Safety Management chain. Quality Assurance officers, Internal Auditors, senior management and personnel involved in implementing and managing food safety will find this training beneficial.

At the end of the training, participants will be able to;

  • Conduct a gap analysis;
  • Develop procedures;
  • Implement the procedures in order to manage the food safety hazards.
